The AI Insights settings page looks up the API key once when it opens.
When that lookup fails or times out, for example while the wallet is
locked, the key row keeps "System wallet unavailable" or no status, and
hides Remove, even after Test connection proves the key works.

The test already reads the wallet and its reply carries the result: the
helper reports key "valid", missing_key, or secret_unavailable. The page
parsed that reply but ignored those fields; it now applies them to the
key status. An Ollama listing reads no key and leaves the status alone.
