codexbar usage --all-accounts returns "No token accounts configured for
<provider>." even when the provider works through OAuth/CLI auth without
named token accounts. The accounts panel showed that as a red error.
Treat it as a normal empty account list and keep the error label for
real failures. Ports the local hotfix applied on the Fedora install.
