fix: preserve zero cache-token days in cost history (#157)

The daily record validity check inspected input and output token parts but omitted cache counters. Cache-only zero days were dropped or marked malformed, which could also restore older priced rows outside the selected range. Treat all normalized token parts consistently while preserving missing-cost and malformed-data handling.
