style(share): align usage card captions and flatten rows (#380)

The token and cost captions sat on different lines because the cost column
was vertically centered against the display-size token figure. Align both
columns to the top, give the Providers and Top models headings the same muted
caption style as the hero labels, and drop the per-row outline so rows no
longer read as cards nested inside the card.
