* fix(ai-insights): stop cancelled helpers and bound responses

Stop timeout-owned helper groups on cancellation, bound HTTP wall-clock waits and JSON nesting, and report wallet status deadlines. Add adversarial transport and process-lifecycle coverage. Update usage, AI Insights contracts, development coverage, and Unreleased notes; TODO parity entries are unaffected.

* fix(ai-insights): recognize native timeout crashes

Pass Qt process exit status to the pure reply validators and classify native SIGKILL CrashExit as timeout. Cover actual GNU timeout through Plasma DataSource, the production generation adapter, and model-list replies. Update the AI Insights and development contracts; existing translations and parity TODO entries are unaffected.
