refactor(chart): draw detail charts from CostPresentation directly

InteractiveChart reached its pure line and bar geometry through six
pass-through functions on the applet root. It now imports
CostPresentation.js and owns its bar gradient, so main.qml no longer
carries chart drawing helpers.
```
