* fix(qml): resolve QML hardening warnings

- Replace var with const/let in PanelText.qml, ProviderCostDetails.qml,
  ProviderNotificationText.qml, configAiInsights.qml, WidgetUpdateController.qml
- Fix renamed-type warnings in SessionsView.qml by using Components. prefix
- Fix missing-property warnings in test files (PanelMatrixCapture.qml,
  SettingsPreview.qml) by removing non-existent property access and
  wrapping dynamic property assignment in Qt.callLater

All QML hardening checks and tests now pass.

* fix(smoke): keep capture switches and synchronous diagnostics path

CompactRepresentation does declare animationsEnabled and interactive, so
the panel matrix must keep turning them off; reach them through the
untyped compactPanelItem property so qmllint has no QObject member to
reject. Set the Diagnostics cfg_commandPath synchronously through the
untyped page property again: deferring it with Qt.callLater let Capture
observe preview.ready before the path changed.
