Advances the parity baseline from 0.61.0 to 0.62.0 (upstream commit
4b3ed1a2a49a545522fb10196ff420526d85784a, published 2026-09-19).

Verified with the checksum-validated Linux x86_64 asset in an isolated,
network-less environment: Muse token-only cost history, unchanged usage /
sessions / config envelopes (74 providers, same keys), rejected descriptors,
rejected Cursor cost, Codex-only --remote/--summary-only modes, and the
usage_updated hook event.

Documentation impact: new dated review note indexed in docs/README;
TODO baseline advanced, Cursor/descriptor/onboarding entries re-verified
at 0.62.0, new implementable quota-window cost entry; usage and cost
guides document the Muse token-only contract. No widget code changes:
existing generic cost normalization already renders the tokens-only shape.

Verification: make check passes (QtTests, 146 Python tests, hardening,
xmllint, jq; kpackagetool6 appstream check included); make package builds
dist/codexbar-plasma.plasmoid.

* docs(parity): address 0.62.0 review findings

Label the pinned 0.56.8 archive checksum with its release version, and
mark the --remote separate-summary behavior source-observed: isolated
probes verified only the invalid-host rejection, not a successful SSH run.
