fix(cost): reject structured calendar date fields (#502)

Reject non-string calendar keys before coercion. Object dates could throw during All history normalization and discard healthy sibling providers; array dates could incorrectly extend the recorded span.

Update cost-history and usage guides plus the Unreleased changelog. TODO is unaffected: this repairs an existing frontend boundary without changing CLI contracts or parity scope.
