Correct 42 translations across the five catalogs and add the missing singular and plural forms for token, request, and point counts. Preserve compact number formatting in dashboard, project, model, and cost summaries.

Update the translation, usage, and development guides and the Unreleased changelog. Opaque CLI text remains tracked in #174.
