fix(popup): reveal truncated global tab titles and harden panel preview (#396)

- Global popup tabs reveal their title in a tooltip when their text label is truncated on narrow layouts, matching provider tab behavior.
- Document truncated global-tab tooltip behavior in docs/usage.md.
- GlobalTab exposes textTruncated and defines its implicitWidth and implicitHeight.
- Added comprehensive QtQuick test coverage for GlobalTab activation, keyboard navigation, tab claiming, and hover tooltip behavior.
- Hardened PanelSettingsPreview compactTextSegments against invalid, non-numeric, or non-finite provider credits.
- Tested panel preview credits safety against undefined, null, string, and non-finite credit values.
- Fall back to view-statistics in PanelSettingsPreview providerIconSource when provider icon file name is empty.
- Clamped CompactRepresentation preview container width against negative dimensions.
- Updated UI regression contract checks, resolved conflicts with main, and updated CHANGELOG.md.
