Every content section (Overview, provider tabs, Usage & Spend, Sessions) now shares the standard popup height instead of resizing the dialog to its own content. Short sections leave scroll slack rather than shrinking the window; the loading, empty-setup, and missing-CLI states stay compact and content-driven.
