fix: reset cost pins when either account spelling changes

The chart scope keyed on the addressing identity alone, so an account
switch that only edits the presented label kept the previous pins.
Scope on both identity and label: a superset of the previous resets
that also catches spacing-distinct accounts sharing one label.
