fix(i18n): correct translated labels and terminology (#564)

Review all five shipped catalogs and correct 71 translated values, including provider-default semantics, settings references, AI Insights names, French token terminology, and CLI grammatical agreement.

Documentation: update translation conventions and the Unreleased changelog. Usage, installation, metadata, and the CLI-localization TODO remain accurate; opaque CLI prose is outside this catalog correction.
