* docs: add KDE Store listing icon

Add a square 512px PNG and editable SVG source, designed to remain legible at the Store list size.

Document the artwork in the docs index and Unreleased changelog. README, usage guide, and TODO are unchanged because the widget behavior and CLI parity do not change.
