refactor(reset): isolate countdown and label logic (#260)

Extract reset timestamp parsing, countdown rounding, and label recognition into ResetPresentation. QML supplies the live clock, translates semantic units, and formats absolute dates locally. Preserve existing timestamp precedence and display fallbacks.

Document module ownership and direct/integration coverage. Review confirms README, usage, translations, schema, metadata, and TODO remain current. No user-visible behavior change requires a changelog entry.

Verification: full make check passed in KDE neon with strict imports and no skips, including 1326 Qt cases and 96 Python tests. Package build and isolated installed/upgrade runtime checks passed for live relative countdowns and absolute local dates.
