Remove resolved CLI paths from sharing while preserving local diagnostics and CLI identity comparisons. Redact custom and escaped paths in errors while keeping fixed startup-failure reasons. Update the usage/development guides, privacy copy, all catalogs, synthetic smoke fixtures and Unreleased changelog. No CLI parity TODO entry is implemented or changed.

* fix(diagnostics): redact complete relative path lines

Omit complete slash-bearing diagnostic lines and ambiguous prior credential-redaction lines so relative and tilde-qualified paths cannot retain a personal prefix. Keep raw local facts and fixed startup failure reasons.

Update the usage/development privacy contract and existing Unreleased entry. TODO, installation requirements, catalogs and package contents are unchanged.

* test(diagnostics): align sharing assertions with line redaction

Expect credential-bearing diagnostic lines to be omitted completely, verify raw local text is unchanged, and retain a slash-free error update control.

Production behavior, guides, changelog and TODO are unchanged. Optional local KDE modules skip these two page cases; CI supplies their full runtime.
