The settings page stores raw CLI provider IDs (groqcloud,
alibaba-coding-plan), but main.qml matches the Overview selection
against providerKey-normalized IDs (groq, alibaba). Custom
selections were silently ignored for the nine aliased providers.

Normalize on read in configuredOverviewProviderIDs() so both new
and previously-saved configs resolve correctly, without duplicating
the alias map into configDisplay.qml. Add a regression assertion.
