Fix settings action button labels

Plasma's desktop controls style paints Button text through a native style item with no QML contentItem, so the rich-text safety wrapper was shown literally. Select a plain mnemonic-safe label for that path, retain escaped rich text for QML label styles, and cover both styles in QtTest.
