stage1: avoid building empty memory_profiling.cpp

During build an empty .o on macOS/Xcode emits warning:

    ranlib: file: zig_cpp/libcompiler.a(memory_profiling.cpp.o) has no symbols
    ranlib: file: zig_cpp/libcompiler.a(memory_profiling.cpp.o) has no symbols
