The following example generates a valid `main.exe`:
`zig build-exe main.zig -fLLVM -target x86_64-windows-gnu --subsystem console`

```
export fn wWinMainCRTStartup() noreturn {
    foo();
    exit();
}

fn foo() void {}

fn exit() noreturn {
    unreachable;
}
```
