openbsd: fix sigcontext struct and avoid defining fxsave64

`sc_fpstate` member of `struct sigcontext` is a `struct fxsave64 *`.
use *anyopaque to represent it.

avoid to defining `fxsave64` as it is a packed struct with some arrays.
