macho: handle binary updates in dSYM companion file
* move DWARF in file if LINKEDIT spilled in dSYM
* update VM addresses for all segments
* introduce copyFileRangeOverlappedAll instead of File.copyRangeAll
since we make lots of overlapping writes in MachO linker
