  std.io.InStream.readFull => std.io.InStream.readAll
  std.io.InStream.readAllBuffer

New:
  std.ArrayList.span
  std.ArrayList.expandToCapacity
  std.Buffer.span
  std.io.InStream.readUntilDelimiterArrayList
