Classify edit prediction lifecycle triggers (#60983)

# Objective

Closes EP-89

- Replace ambiguous `Other` edit prediction telemetry for known editor
lifecycle events.

## Solution

- Classify editor creation, provider changes, user information changes,
Vim mode changes, and settings changes through the existing trigger
pipeline.
