This PR restores the `ContextEditor` actions that were lost in
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/30168.

Closes https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/30356.

Release Notes:

- agent: Added back some missing actions, including `assistant: quote
selection`.
