release `TISInputSource` returned by
`TISCopyCurrentKeyboardLayoutInputSource` in `MacKeyboardLayout::new()`,
and `CFUUIDRef` returned by `CGDisplayCreateUUIDFromDisplayID` in
`MacDisplay::uuid()`. both follow the core foundation create rule and
must be released by the caller.
