Refine keybindings (#3368)

[[PR Description]]

Refine the `Keybinding` component.

Still some issues:

Lots of things moving so want to get this in.

Changes:

- use icons for some keys & modifiers
- updates some icons
- updates some state colors

- Keybindings now use icons for common keys and modifiers
