Fix forward Delete key icon (#65037)

Closes #64964.

Use a dedicated forward Delete icon (⌦) instead of Backspace (⌫). Add a
regression test for distinct icons.

Release Notes:

- Fixed identical Backspace and Delete icons in the keymap editor.
