opencode: Dynamic model fetching improvements (#64666)

Follow up to #64585

- Filter out deprecated models
- Cache model catalog on disk to reduce loading time
- Refresh models every hour
- Remove auth header when fetching models

All of this matches the behaviour of the OpenCode TUI
