editor: Make `SelectNext` and `SelectPrevious` preserve cursor direction (#29293)

Closes #27652

Now, if the last selection is reversed, subsequent `SelectNext` or
`SelectPrevious` selection will also be reversed.

- Fixed an issue where `SelectNext` and `SelectPrevious` did not
