## Message

```
gpui_macos: Fix traffic lights animation during fullscreen exit (#64339)
# Objective
Fixes #64050
Going out of fullscreen on MacOS currently gives the traffic lights a
janky animation. This seems to be a timing issue during ownership
transfer of traffic light rendering from AppKit to Zed.
## Solution
Add an additional boolean flag (yes, sad), which keeps track of whether
the animation from full screen to windows has completed.
## Testing
Tested this on a mac, animation is now buttery smooth.
