# Objective

Fix Agent Panel prompt text and controls being clipped when the panel is
narrow.

## Solution

- Allow the message editor and ACP configuration controls to shrink and
wrap.
- Use a dynamic minimum panel width based on the active Agent's prompt
text.
- Cap that dynamic width so long prompts, such as Zed Agent's, do not
prevent the panel from being resized narrower.

## Testing

- `cargo fmt --all -- --check`
- `cargo check -p agent_ui`
- `cargo test -p agent_ui --lib
conversation_view::tests::test_restored_threads_keep_available_commands`
- `cargo test -p agent_ui --lib config_options::tests`

Manual UI testing is still recommended for Zed Agent and third-party
Agent Panels at narrow widths.
