Replace terminal `SendText` ctrl keybinds with `SendKeystroke` (#51728)

`SendKeystroke` seems to work for all ctrl keybinds. Prefer it over
`SendText` for readability.

showkey reports the same key sequences if I apply these keybinds to my
user keymap.
