Update workspace mentions in the sidebar (#54833)

Replaces "workspace" labels in the sidebar with more accurate
terminology:

- "Focus Last Workspace" → "Focus Last Project"
- "Focus Workspace" → "Focus Project"
- "Close Workspace" tooltip → "Close Worktree"
