settings default: Allow rewrap for Typst (#64858)

## Summary

Allows the "editor: rewrap" action for Typst content.

## Testing

Built locally, tested in `.typ` files, works!

## Self-review

This change is trivial, not much to review!

Release Notes:

- Changed settings defaults to allow rewrapping for Typst
