gpui_web: Update example to use `run_embedded()` instead of `run()` (#63235)

# Objective

- Make the gpui_web example run correctly

## Solution

- The gpui_web example uses `run()`, which should be replaced with
`run_embedded()`; otherwise, the page will be blank.

## Testing

- I tested it locally.
