docs: Fix missing keybindings in tab switcher documentation (#65060)

## Summary

What problem does this solve, how, and why does this change matter?
Closes #64909.
used the same #kb way as others for these two instead of <kdb>, this is
limited to docs only.

## Testing
to test: run ```mdbook serve docs```
and go to:   ``http://localhost:3000/tab-switcher.html``
