- Remove stale `draftsByThreadId` entries when project-thread mappings are replaced or cleared
- Preserve drafts when a thread is still mapped to another project
- Parse persisted image `dataUrl` payloads more defensively and use `Object.hasOwn` for draft-thread existence checks
