Add shortcuts for terminal close and chat with same Git state

- Extend keybinding contracts/defaults with `terminal.close` and `chat.newSameGitState`
- Wire web handlers for `mod+w` to close focused terminal and `mod+shift+n` to open a thread preserving branch/worktree
- Update docs and keybinding tests across server, web, and contracts
