- map `checkpoint/captured` to `thread.turnDiff.complete` and record turn status/id
- handle `thread.revert` to truncate messages and turn summaries in read model
- migrate event store from `better-sqlite3` to `node:sqlite` and add safe close/idempotent stop tests
