Update cached branch list after branch checkout

- add `projectGitBranchesToCurrent` helper to promote the checked-out branch and clear previous current flags
- optimistically update branches query cache in checkout mutations before invalidation
- add tests covering reorder, missing-branch insertion, and undefined cache behavior
