## Message

```
feat(mobile): snooze a thread until its pull request needs attention
The thread row's snooze menu on iOS and Android (the long-press Snooze submenu
and the swipe Snooze menu, on Home and the iPad sidebar) offers "Until it needs
attention" when the thread links an open pull request and its server advertises
threadSnoozeUntilAttention. It dispatches thread.snooze-until-attention through
the same snooze path, so rejections alert like other snooze failures and the
optimistic snooze rolls back.
The snoozed shelf shows an eye in place of the wake countdown and sorts these
threads after timed snoozes, oldest snooze first, instead of by an unparseable
wake time. On the thread screen, the floating status reads "Snoozed until its
pull request needs attention" with Wake in place of the watch's background-work
label; the watch stays listed in the Git sheet. Settings → Thread behavior gains
"Snooze pull requests awaiting review", disabled unless every selected
environment supports it.
offersSnoozeUntilAttention and sortSnoozedThreads move from web into
client-runtime so both clients share them.
