Pass runtime env through terminal open and disable zsh prompt spacer

- add optional `env` to terminal open contract and validate env keys/limits
- propagate runtime env from web terminal/script launches to server PTY spawn
- start `zsh` with `-o nopromptsp` to avoid trailing `%` markers and add coverage
