Rebuilds the processor around two slots per catalogue type with the
chain stored as APVTS state, routes audio through the dsp effects with
a JUCE convolver for reverb, adds chain-aware protocol parsers, the
card rack editor, Shape sound / Optimize chain / Stop / Revert, live
audible snapshots, and restart rules.
