feat(inference): type-keyed effect catalogue and variable chains

Replace the fixed eq-1/distortion-1 pair with a catalogue keyed by effect
type, a VariableChain optimizer module, chain validation for any catalogue
chain of 0 to 8 instances, type-keyed code generation, and the assemble
request in the schemas.
