test(plugin): add DSP quality and recovery coverage

Register the offline quality harness for mono and stereo at 44.1 and 48 kHz. Check block sizes, hostile input, parameter extremes, smoothing, stereo behavior, effect response, and unity paths. Use analytical attack, stereo compressor, and bilinear EQ expectations, and enforce repeatable decorrelated reverb output.
