Planner-only comparison inside the InstructFX2FX harness on 68 SAFE and
SocialFX words. With rich effect descriptions Jev ties Union Alpha on F1
at roughly 100x lower latency and near-deterministic output. Persona
text is inert, question wording acts as a threshold knob, and rich
descriptions are the only significant lever.
