fix(plugin): real-time safe reverb rebuilds, generated defaults, denormal guard, stereo parity

- Rebuild the reverb impulse response only when decay/damping change and keep
  convolver history across rebuilds; preallocate scratch and chunk oversized blocks.
- Energy-normalize the resampled impulse response (48k/96k within 1%).
- Read effect defaults from the generated parameter table and add finite-output
  tests for every effect.
- Ramp compressor makeup and reverb mix across the logical call.
- Add a JUCE-free FTZ/DAZ DenormalGuard used by both convolvers.
- Run check-dsp as RelWithDebInfo with assertions enabled; add stereo parity cases.
