fix(reverb): pink-weighted IR normalization and equal-power mix

The wet path ran up to +23.6 dB hot and two thirds of the parameter grid
clipped. Normalize the built impulse response to unit pink-weighted energy
and use an equal-power dry/wet law, identically in Python and C++.
